How does one optimise a functioning work flow?

                                                 There is always room for improvement.
The big questions in working methods and structures are and always
have been, how can we optimise to reach our full potential? This applies
to internal processes as well as to customer application processes.
Careful analysis is around fifty percent of the solution. The other half is
to introduce appropriate changes which are acceptable and workable
in everyday situations.
